Karma Yoga Rishikesh (RYS 200)Yoga School is affiliated with Yoga Alliance.

The Founder and Director Acharya Vimlesh Joshi established this school 12 years ago

whose vision is to bring awareness to the community by educating society on how yoga can improvise and transform the life of any individual despite any limitation of age. Through this education in Yogic Science, students get the opportunity to learn, grow & can improve their financial conditions. It was a dream which was seen by him and now every team member of Karma Yoga Rishikesh is willing to make happen. We are a team of young people who are experts in their field.

Karma Yoga Rishikesh is one of the leading Yoga Schools in Rishikesh. To meet the requirements of Yoga Alliance USA, we follow an intensive yet enjoyable and well-organized daily schedule for our 200 Hours Roots of Hatha Yoga Course in Rishikesh. Our schedule allows yoga aspirants to spend 8 hours plus of daily yoga practice and learning. The entire schedule is supported by a sumptuous and balanced, pure vegetarian meal served during your course and prepared on the bases of Ayurveda principles.

However, we do try to address the specific dietary needs of a participant if possible. Our daily practice begins at 6:00 am, so we encourage you to sleep early to wake up on time and ready for your daily Yoga Practice. Our daily schedule is a balance of theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga.

We offer different types of Yoga Teacher Training Courses in Rishikesh, (Uttrakhand) including retreats and crash courses & Our Teacher Training Programmes both Online & Offline. Our Vision is to educate students about the base and traditional values of Yoga, in a city renowned as a center for studying Yoga & Meditation, which will help them to make their yoga journey easier. Yoga can be done at any age in this school. We work on all stages of the Human cycle.


About Karma Yoga Rishikesh


Rishikesh since ancient times has been a center of “spiritual” and “religious activities”. It’s also known as the Gateway to the Himalayas. If you look upon the history of Rishikesh, several saints, and deities appeared at this holy place in an early era which is why this place is known as the land of deities on the other hand the worldwide yoga guru “Maharishi Mahesh” yogi guru to be Beatles as well as developer of the transcendental meditation science.

Rishikesh had one of the greatest masters from the Himalayas and the founder of the Himalayan Institute, Swami Sivananda Saraswati who was a Hindu spiritual teacher and a proponent of yoga and Vedanta, and many more shared this true yoga wisdom at Rishikesh, India. It's the biggest. and main reason that makes this place the world capital of yoga and the most favorable place for Yoga TTC/ Yoga Teacher Training Courses.

Karma Yoga Rishikesh, well renowned & most reputed yoga school in Rishikesh, India founded by Acharya Vimlesh Joshi is the founder of Karma Yoga Rishikesh who holds more than 12 yrs of experience in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga & Vinyasa and Aerial yoga.

He inherited deep knowledge with a stronghold in the integral understanding of body alignment & analysis, which encourages our students to practice the authentic art form of yoga with one of the topmost teachers of Karma Yoga Rishikesh (RYK) Rishikesh, INDIA.

Harindra Chaudhary

She is a registered experienced Teacher with more than 600 Hrs. She additionally rehearses Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and Kids yoga. Her anatomy background enhances the precise methodology of her session, particularly for those trying to learn pregnancy yoga. She also worked for some renowned brands like Hilton, Radisson group, and The Lalit for almost a decade. Over time, she realized, hospitality is on her nerves, but with a holistic approach. Apart from professional yoga teacher training, both lead trainers also train the locals and rural as voluntarily as an offer to humankind on a routine basis.

Nishant

He is a descendant of a great lineage of Yogis, he was initiated into spirituality at the age of three although having a great spiritual family background.

He completed his schooling in a Traditional Vedic School, the study of Vedic-Yogic scriptures along with modern subjects for many consecutive years made him an expert of both streams.

He studied Biology Science in College and University, and got a Bachelor degree in Science, and later he did his specialization in Yoga Therapy.

Vimlesh

Vimlesh (RYT) is a motivated yoga instructor with advanced yoga training and specializes in traditional Hatha Yoga & Iyengar Yoga. His experience in 3yrs of learning and 5yrs of teaching inspires others on their yoga journey towards transformation in their lifestyle. He guides others to improve wellness and commits to long-term health and fitness goals. He is energetic and outgoing, with a collaborative spirit. He did his Master of Arts in Yoga from Himalayan Garhwal University, Pokhara District Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. He completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar. Successfully Completed 200 hours + 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course, Yoga Alliance U.S.A.
